We spent 20 years buying what we now sell.
Before HDW, we were the ones buying digital services, for more than two decades. We wrote the briefs, evaluated the agencies, sat through the quarterly reviews, paid the invoices and explained the results upward.
So we know the feeling. A strategy that never gets executed. A report that counts clicks but can't tell you what they were worth. A senior team you meet once, at the pitch. And a calendar full of status meetings where nothing gets decided. We built the agency we wished we'd hired.
What we stopped doing
Meetings for the sake of meetings. If a meeting doesn't lead to a decision or move the work forward, it should have been an email. Your time is worth more than our billable hours.
Reports that only count activity. We report on what matters to your business – leads, sales, cost per customer – and on what we're doing about it.
Someone in between. No account managers relaying messages. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Agreeing to be polite. If an idea won't work, we'll tell you before you've paid for it. Even when the idea is ours.
What you get instead
A small, senior team that actually cares how it goes for you. Clear priorities: what we do now, what comes next, and what we deliberately leave out. Honest numbers, including when they're not good. And the same engagement in month twelve as in the pitch. There's one measure of success. Yours.

If you'd rather explain a result than decorate a report, we should talk. Send your CV and one campaign you're proud of to info@happifydw.com – we read everything, and we reply.
We're measured on what reaches your bottom line: revenue, leads and margin. Hours spent, slides delivered and clicks bought don't count unless they turn into business. If a number can't be tied to your result, it doesn't get a place in our reporting.
Opinions start the conversation. Data ends it.
Every recommendation comes with the numbers behind it, and when the numbers change, so do our priorities, whoever's idea it was.
Twenty years on the client side means we don't need months to find what's obvious. We act early, adjust quickly and spend the time on what actually makes a difference. Just as important: we know which battles aren't worth fighting.
The accounts, the numbers and the reasoning behind every decision. Nothing hidden, nothing dressed up, nothing saved for the quarterly review. When something works, you'll know why. When it doesn't, you'll hear it from us first.
